Struggling? Let's chat...
Being human is tough.
Therapy can offer safe place to explore your thoughts, address challenging feelings, and regulate behaviors.
It can be a place to identify and learn healthy ways to manage emotions, improve communication with others, develop coping skills, gain perspective, walk through grief and hurt, increase self-confidence, and develop a greater sense of self-awareness.
Stressed? Discontent? Feeling like you are not fulfilled or living to your full potential?
Coaching can assist in clarifying your life or professional goals, identifying obstacles that may be holding you back, and coming alongside you to create solutions to get you to a place of greater fulfillment.

Just as you go to the dentist for a check up, seeing a therapist for a mental health check up is important. However, you would not go to an eye doctor for a tooth ache, so choose a therapist whose has expertise in the areas of your needs. Mental health is multifaceted and complex.
A therapist cannot be an expert in all areas.
Wideman Consulting upholds the ethical mandate and reserves the right to decline entering into a therapeutic relationship with anyone who could benefit from expertise outside of my scope of practice. Therapeutic clients must reside in Missouri or California. Life Coaching clients do not need to reside in these locations.
